The NOA’s 8th Annual The Sourcing Summit is the UK’s leading conference focusing on outsourcing and off shoring strategy.
This year's Sourcing Summit brought together key figures to discuss the challenges facing the outsourcing industry and opportunities for development and growth. The maturing outsourcing market, cloud computing and exit management were all discussed on the first day.
There was a lively peer to peer best practice exchange where delegates considered how to drive and deliver innovation in outsourcing relationships. The human side of outsourcing, outsourcing in financial services, corporate social responsibility and SME outsourcing were all examined on Day 2 before looking at off-shoring in the afternoon. Suppliers and users of outsourcing met at the conference to discuss how the industry should cater for changing demand in light of the recent CSR and the move towards recovery.
