Indra, was awarded a 5.1 million Euro contract by Enel Green Power, the subsidiary of renewable energy of the Italian Electricity company, to undertake the global Roll-Out of the SAP. The project includes the upgrade and extension of the technological platform by incorporating new modules in the financial and logistics areas and further implementation in the company’s subsidiaries in Spain, Portugal, Greece, France, USA, Canada and Mexico. The contract also comprises the management and support of the applications in Brazil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala and Chile, where Indra has already implemented this model, Indra said in a press relase.

Enel Green Power will be equipped with a platform with the same corporate systems for the group, thus the economic-financial and logistics information can be managed in an integrated way which will facilitate the consolidation and control of subsidiaries.

This contract reinforces Indra's presence in one of the main clients of the Italian energy industry and consolidates the company's expertise in international roll-out projects thanks to a combination of its management capacity at global scale and to its broad local support network in over 110 countries.
