Technology outsourcing services (AMO & ITO);

DxD provides corrective and scalable maintenance and management services as well as technical support for applications. The services are provided at three delivery centres (Madrid, Barcelona and Huesca). Our service model is based on establishing SLAs with our clients. We have developed our own methodology based on industry best practices such as CMMi and worldwide Deloitte methodologies. They are applicable to all project phases (from transition, through to start and end of the service).

Development of SOA services;

Technical design, development and implementation of custom-made solutions for the most widely used technological environments in the market (J2EE and .NET). Our main capabilities are focused on development work based on SOA architecture, using the components (databases, application servers, BI, BPM, ECM, document management, etc.) from the most significant providers in the market: Oracle (Documentum) and BEA, IBM (Vignette), SAP, Sun, Microsoft.

Development & customization of ERPs and CRM software;

With regards to the implementation of market products, we provide configuration and development services for the functionalities not covered by the standard product and which are required by the client’s business processes. The custom developed components are referred to as FRICE and are as follows: forms, reports, Integration with other systems, conversation of data, enhacements. We also provide product customization services which are carried out remotely.
