VASSIT Ltd. is our London based company through which the knowledge and expertise of VASS can be offered in the UK. This model permits us to talk to our clients in their environment and on their terms. VASSIT Ltd. aims to leverage all the advantages of Value Shore, offering on-site services backed up with near-shore delivery capacity from our Spanish delivery centre.

This combination offers the best of both worlds. On the one hand, face-to-face interaction with our on-site engagement managers will ensure that all ideas and issues are correctly and quickly transmitted to our near-shore team thus limiting risk. At the same time the engagement managers can take an active role in the analysis drawing on their sector knowledge thus bringing new and fresh ideas to the proposed solution.

On the other hand, our highly specialized team in the VASS Solution Centre, Spain (provided by VASS S.L.) will efficiently implement the proposed solutions. This team of over 600 consultants has been serving the group since 1999 and has development centres in Madrid, Barcelona and Pamplona. The VASS Way methodology applied in the VASS Solution Centre fully supports our delivery model and has been classified by the SEI as CMMI Maturity level 2.

In addition our project management tool, VASS Desk, allows our clients to have full visibility on the project progress and also provides a simple and organised communication channel for all issues.
